Pantone has named their 2017 Colour Of The Year as Greenery – a bright shade of yellowey green, which Pantone describe as "refreshing and revitalizing" and "symbolic of new beginnings." Pantone's colours are selected each year to reflect the cultural mood. This year is one about healthy living, rejuvenation, and reconnecting with nature – a perfect anecdote to the tumultuous political and social environment of late.   We saw dark & luxurious leafy greens trending a couple of years ago – but this shade is altogether more fresh. Colour Trend: Mellow Yellow

This is the year for bold colours in your home and nothing says that better than optimistic yellow. Yellow is back (did it ever go?) with a vengeance, and is currently trending all over interiors.
